My own experiences have guided me to becoming an empathetic and open-minded therapist. I will seek to understand your unique and individual life experiences and perspectives, holding space for you to freely and openly express yourself. We will work collaboratively to identify the underlying causes of emotional distress, to help uncover unhelpful thought patterns, and focus on your strengths so that you have the tools and techniques needed to achieve your goals.
I believe each client is unique and deserves an individualized approach to their therapy. My approach focuses on providing empathy, psycho-education, challenging unhealthy thinking patterns, and improving self-care and coping skills. By challenging thought patterns, we will work towards promoting healthier thinking and coping mechanisms.
By working alongside you to develop tools and a deeper understanding of your mind, we will work together to empower you to take control of your mental health journey and live a more fulfilling and authentic life.
