There's no one size fits all in therapy so I will approach each client differently, meeting you where you are at and utilizing various tools related to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches to help meet your goals.

My hope is that our work together will help you to not only accomplish your therapy goals but help you reach the fullest potential within yourself. I believe there is so much potential within each individual and it's a matter of fostering it so you can be the best version of yourself.
